这个月已经超过自检期限了，按理该调整的都调整完了。
现在坐标荔湾，还是 1.5 块/度，房东没调整。朋友在龙洞已经调整了了，按 0.9/度，然后一房+80 管理费，两房 160 ，相对比调整前，常用价格基本没变化。
