组 all in one 求推荐主板和 cpu

声明下，我不推荐 all in one ，这次纯做实验，因为我自己有 2 台物理机 nas 和一个 j4125 软路由.运行 2 年稳定的很。
- pvc 系统
- 虚拟出黑苹果做 htpc 看优爱腾
- 虚拟出 win10 加直通显卡 日常办公，lol 打团希望 fps100 以上
- 虚拟出全固态黑群晖 4t 固态就行 24 小时开机
- 虚拟出 4*4T 硬盘黑群晖 定时开机备份上面的全固态 nas ，并且加密备份到百度云、阿里云
- emby 影音能流畅观看（拖拉进度条 3s 内相应）
- 万兆 nas 与主机传输
- 日常待机 60w
目前我想到组装机配置如下：
- 御座夫机箱
- cpu：R5600g
- 主板：B550m plus wifi2
- 硬盘 4t *4
- 固态 4t *1
- m2 *1 直通给 win10
- 固态 256 直通给黑苹果
- 显卡 gtx1060
- x540t2 万兆
主要问题就是 cpu 啦，这个 cpu 知道能不能扛着同时黑苹果看电视、win10 打游戏、nas 看视频？
