天眼查App显示，近日，BALLY中国关联公司巴丽（上海）商业有限公司因销售以不合格产品冒充合格产品，被静安区市场监督管理局罚款7.4万余元、没收违法所得1.1万余元。处罚事由显示，当事人销售的一款男式双肩包经抽样检验，振荡冲击性能项目不符合标准，检验结果为不合格。该批双肩包系当事人进口，共售出7件。
