亚马逊AWS宣布2024年2月1日开始向公共IPV4地址收费

站长之家（ChinaZ.com）8月1日 消息:亚马逊宣布将从2024年2月1日开始对所有公共 IPv4地址收费，每个 IP 地址每小时收费0.005美元。
亚马逊表示，此更改适用于所有 AWS 服务，包括 Amazon ElasticCompute Cloud （Amazon EC2）、Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS) 数据库实例、Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)节点，以及可在所有 AWS 区域(商业、AWS China 和GovCloud)分配和附加公有 IPv4地址的其他AWS服务。
这是因为全球 IPv4地址已经耗尽，亚马逊为了缩减成本，推动 IPv6的应用，决定对 IPv4地址收费。然而，IPv6的应用进度缓慢，目前全球 IPv4路由表中的条目数量仍是 IPv6的六倍。
亚马逊的收费决定引发了业界的贬褒不一，一些人表示理解和支持，认为 IPv4地址已经稀缺，应该付出相应的费用;而另一些人则表示在 IPv6的应用过程中遇到了各种问题，生态系统还没有做好准备。
总体而言，IPv4地址的收费政策或许能够推动 IPv6的应用，但仍面临挑战。
