除了基本工资，谷歌员工的收入还包括期权和奖金。数据显示，软件工程师在 2022 年能够获得最高 150 万美元的股权。谷歌的前十大最高薪职位中，无论是工程、商业还是销售，最低的基本工资也达到了 30 万美元。
与其他科技巨头相比，2022 年谷歌员工的中位数基本工资落后于 Meta（29.6 万美元），但远高于 Salesforce（19.9 万美元）和 Adobe（17 万美元）。
