腾讯进军房地产？内部人士辟谣：大铲湾园区项目需要
财经网科技讯，7月26日消息，近日，腾讯科技（深圳）有限公司发生工商变更，经营范围中，许可经营项目新增房地产开发经营，一般经营项目新增非居住房地产租赁。
针对此事，腾讯内部人士进行辟谣，并称此次腾讯申请补充房地产开发及租赁的经营范围，并非为了开展普遍意义上的地产类业务，而是为了满足正在建设的新园区——大铲湾项目开发过程中的业务需求。大铲湾项目以腾讯自用产业园区为核心，同时也会设立一些诸如办公物业、会议中心、商业等公共配套设施，这些附属设施的开发和运营涉及到对外经营，因此需依照法规补充相关资质。
