ဘယ်လိုအရာမျိုးက စိတ်ဖိစီးမှုတွေ ပေးလဲ?
စိတ်ဖိစီးစေတဲ့ အရာတွေကအတော့ ဘဝရဲ့ ထောင့်ချိုးတိုင်းမှာ ရှိနေတာပါပဲ။ အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကြောင်းပြုတဲ့ အလုပ်မှာ မိသားစုဘဝမှာ အပေါင်းအသင်းမိတ်ဆွေတွေနဲ့ ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေးမှာ စိတ်ဖိစီးစေတဲ့ အရာတွေ အနည်းနဲ့အများရှိနေ။

မနိုင်ဝန်ထမ်းရခြင်းနဲ့ အသေအလဲကြိုးစားတောင် မမီတဲ့ Deadline တွေ။ အရင်ကတော့ Stress တို့ Deadline တို့ ဆိုတာက Cool ဖြစ်တဲ့ စကားလုံးတွေလို့ထင်တယ်။

ဒါမျိုး စကားတွေပြောရင် ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို မိုက်တယ် (cool ဖြစ်တယ်) လို့ ခံစားရတယ်။ အခုတော့ ဒါဟာ မ cool နိုင်တော့ဘူး။ တကယ်ကို စိတ်ဖိစီးစရာ စိတ်ညစ်ညူးစရာ ကိစ္စတွေ ဖြစ်လာပြီ။
