Adobe 和 Shutterstock 宣布将为平台 AI 图片负责，遇版权纠纷可获全额补偿
IT 之家今日发文称，当下 AI 模型所生成的图片版权归属不明，容易引发版权纠纷。Adobe 及商业图库网站 Shutterstock 日前宣布，将为平台上由 AI 生成的图片负责，企业客户若遇到相关版权纠纷，可获得全额赔偿。
据悉，Adobe 表示，在用户使用 Firefly for Enterprise 时，若因 AI 工具 Firefly 产生版权纠纷，Adobe 将会为相关的法律费用提供全额赔偿。而根据 Shutterstock 的说法，若用户正确使用由 AI 生成的图片，并满足 Shutterstock 的基本协议，即可为用户造成的纠纷给予全额补偿。
Shutterstock 产品副总裁 JeffCunning 此前已经多次重申公司将会为 AI 生成的图片负责。在今年 5 月的 Shutterstock 全球会议上，该公司宣布为特定客户用例的生成式 AI 图像提供全额赔偿，而现在所有具备企业账户的客户都可以使用该服务。
