Nothing, an innovative consumer electronics startup, has introduced a new color variant for its Ear (2) TWS – black. Along with this addition, Nothing has updated its Nothing X software to include an Advanced Equaliser for greater sound customization on Thursday.

Ear (2) and Ear (stick) users can alter their audio preferences aside from simple treble and bass adjustments using the new equaliser. Created profiles can also be shared by QR codes with other users.

Along with the black version of Ear (2), the company has made updates to optimize call sound quality and Bluetooth connectivity. It's also made enhancements to the battery life when LHDC 5.0 and Personal Sound Profile are turned on simultaneously.

For Ear (stick) users, Nothing has added a Noise Reduction feature, accessible from the device settings in the Nothing X app.

These updates build upon Nothing's recent achievements, including securing $96 million in funding and selling 1.5 million devices worldwide. The expansion continues with the anticipated release of the Nothing Phone (2) on July 11. Available for Android and iOS devices, the latest version of the Nothing X app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
