瀚博半导体发布第二代 GPU 芯片、AIGC 大模型一体机等产品
据《科创板日报》7 月 6 日报道，瀚博半导体在 2023 世界人工智能大会上正式发布第二代 GPU SG 100，并推出南禺系列 GPU 加速卡 VG1600、VG1800、VG14 以及 LLM 大模型 AI 加速卡 VA1 L、AIGC 大模型一体机、VA12 高性能生成式 AI 加速卡等 6 款新品。其中，瀚博 SG100 芯片采用 7 nm 先进制程，集成高性能渲染、低延时 AI 和强视频处理能力。
