2023 年了，币圈的 offer 还能接吗？

还是那种交易所项目，公司在海外，人在国内，远程工作，用 u 发钱。国内有公司（非空壳），签合同帮你交最低的社保。就类似甲乙方关系，国内公司做乙方帮国外公司做开发，但其实两个是一家人。
原本这种工作鸟都不鸟，但给的实在高，而且是在这种破行情下。不过还是有顾虑：
- 法律风险：灰色地带（交易所啊啊），搞不好可能进去（江湖传言？）。但不知道风险有多少。
- 出金和税：用 u 出金，一年额度累积下来，不知道会不会有麻烦（比如银行封卡，询问资金来源？）。而且纳税少了，会不会倒查啊。
- 法律保障：还不知道跟海外是否有合同。但以这个模式工作了，也不太大关心了。
- 职业发展：找新工作，感觉这个履历很难写。
