浙江：推动算力基础设施建设，优化人工智能算力平台布局
据金十报道，7 月 5 日，浙江召开全省平台经济高质量发展大会并发布《关于促进平台经济高质量发展的实施意见》。意见提到，要支持平台企业科技创新。鼓励平台企业联合产业链上下游企业、高校院所组建创新联合体，围绕平台经济底层技术和“卡脖子”技术组织开展科研攻关，在大数据、云计算、区块链、操作系统、处理器等领域取得一批重大标志性成果。推动算力基础设施建设，优化人工智能算力平台布局，加强算法创新与应用，构建算法转化与应用生态。支持平台企业建设大众创业万众创新示范基地、工程研究中心、重点实验室、技术创新中心等载体。依法依规落实平台企业研发费用税前加计扣除政策。
