天眼查App显示，近日，上海采日能源科技有限公司发生多项工商变更，新增工业富联（601138）、共青城蔚蓝新储能创业投资合伙企业（有限合伙）等为股东，同时公司注册资本由约1.34亿人民币增至约1.4亿人民币。
该公司成立于2017年9月，法定代表人为王健鹏，经营范围含新兴能源技术研发、新能源原动设备制造、人工智能应用软件开发、电池销售、电力电子元器件销售等。据官网介绍，采日能源是一家能源数字化运营商和储能系统制造公司。
