Intel新至强又有新接口了！功耗可达350W|内存|英特尔|处理器|amd|lga_网易订阅
Intel处理器颇被诟病的一点就是频繁更换封装接口，不管是消费级，还是服务器数据中心。
数据中心领域内，Intel将在今年底发布第五代可扩展至强Emerald Rapids，接口延续LGA4677，明年则会发布全新的Granite Rapids、Sierra Forest，分别采用大核、小核设计，均为新的Intel 3制造工艺，接口都改成庞大的LGA7529。
但是现在，我们又看到了新的LGA4170。
LGA4170接口对应的处理器是Granite Rapids-SP版本，仅支持单路、双路，LGA7529对应的则是Granite Rapids-AP版本，还支持四路、八路。
LGA4170可能会成为面向高端消费级、工作站的下一代至强WS，也就是取代现有的至强W-3400/W-2400系列，后者是LGA4677接口，但尚不能确认，尤其是接口的针脚/触点数量减少这么多，很罕见。
目前，Intel正在评估LGA4170处理器的两种散热顶盖设计，其中一种几乎完整覆盖底板，另一种则有六个缺口，有点像AMD AM5。
至于规格，LGA417 Granite Rapids-SP预计最高350W热设计功耗，支持八通道DDR5-6400内存、88条PCIe 5.0通道、CXL，目前还处于验证阶段。
Granite Rapids-AP则会有最多约120个核心，支持12通道DDR5-6400、96条PCIe 5.0，热设计功耗最高达500W。
