日欧数字部长会议确认合作制定生成式 AI 规则
据界面新闻援引共同社报道，日本与欧盟（EU）7 月 3 日在东京都内召开了数字领域的部长级会议，汇总联合声明称将在生成式人工智能（AI）国际规则制定方面进行合作。为了制定规则，双方将推进 5 月七国集团首脑会议上提出的“广岛 AI 进程”。
G7 已经同意就扩大国际数据流通并促进经济发展的“可信的数据自由流通”（DFFT），构建机制。此次会议也就推进 DFFT 达成了一致。还同意在海底线缆的稳定通信和确保多样化路径上展开合作。
