威马汽车及沈晖被限制消费 威马汽车集团成老赖

天眼查App显示，近日，威马汽车科技集团有限公司及董事长SHEN HUI（沈晖）新增一则限制消费令，申请人为彭某某，涉及仲裁案件，执行法院为上海市青浦区人民法院，同时，该公司还因此案被列为失信被执行人（老赖）。
该公司成立于2012年5月，法定代表人、董事长兼总经理为SHEN HUI（沈晖），注册资本60亿人民币，经营范围含新能源智能汽车的技术设计和研发、销售及售后服务，相关汽车零部件及售后服务等。目前，该公司存在多个被执行人信息，被执行总金额超1109万。
