Hi team, you did a good job, congrats on the launch! What is the adoption rate of lorino among employees, how much does it take to get used to it? Also, what company size you're targeting, or to put it in another words, after how many employees in the company you'd suggest starting using Lorino?
@bruno_raljic Bruno, thanks for the kind words! The adoption rate floats around ~90% thus far (this would in part depend on company type and employee structure), and the majority of employees gets used to it within the first two months after company-wide use. Since Lorino is very flexible its usage is broad as well and can serve small teams from 30 people, up to much larger and more structured organizations. If you're interested in hearing more, i'd be more than happy to talka bout Lorino in a short meet. Feel free to book it through my Calendly: https://calendly.com/vladimir-ka...
Congrats on the launch, Vladimir and team! How does Lorino handle sensitive or confidential information within a company?
@ricardo_luz Hi Ricardo, thanks for the congrats! Lorino separates communication by Topics, where each can have its set of access rules, members and visibility. In other words, you can define which Topics can be public, and which should be hidden. On top of that you have the option of accessing a different workspace for additional separation. I'll gladly tell you all about Lorino if you're interested to find out more. You can schedule a short meet via Calendly: https://calendly.com/vladimir-ka...
Hi everyone, I’m the CEO of Lorino, a communication tool that helps you keep your employees informed and involved. I’m excited to share our product with you today on ProductHunt. Lorino was born out of a personal need. As our company grew, we faced challenges in maintaining a cohesive and engaged culture, especially during the pandemic when we all switched to remote work. Emails, chats, and online meetings ensured that our projects were running smoothly, but they did little to help us feel connected on a human level. And I myself felt detached from the company and our people. That’s when I came up with the idea of Lorino, a simple and non-intrusive way to keep our team connected, informed, and inspired. With Lorino, employees can stay up-to-date with company news and activities, recognize the work of their colleagues, celebrate their own achievements, and always know where to find important information. We have been using Lorino ourselves for quite some time now and it has become an integral part of our organization, which is why we decided to make Lorino available to other companies as well. We’d love for you to try Lorino and see how it can help you improve your team morale and engagement. You can sign up for a free trial or check out our demo workspace to get a feel for the product. We’re eager to hear your feedback and answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your support!
Great idea! Congrats on the launch 🚀🚀
