根据微软的说法，Windows 10 和 11 用户在安装最新周二补丁更新后可能会遇到 Outlook 和其他应用无法启动的问题。
6 月 29 日消息，根据微软的说法，Windows 10 和 11 用户在安装最新周二补丁更新 (KB5027231, 发布于 2023 年 6 月 13 日) 后可能会遇到 Outlook 和其他应用无法启动的问题。
微软表示，这个 Bug 会影响在 64 位 Windows 10 和 11 上安装的 32 位 Office (客户端版本 22H2 和 21H2, 以及 Windows Server 2022)。
IT之家提醒，并非所有安装 KB5027231 的人都会遇到这一问题，这种情况主要发生在安全软件使用低于 35.31.25 版本的 Trellix Endpoint Security 的系统上。
尽管微软已经在 2018 年默认将 Office 安装程序从 32 位改为 64 位，但许多人可能仍在使用 32 位 Office。
据称，部分用户在安装了 KB5027231 或更早版本的更新补丁后发现自己无法打开 Office 或第三方应用程序，受影响的一些已知应用程序包括 Microsoft Outlook 和其他 Office 应用程序，尝试打开受影响的应用程序时，事件日志会显示“模块未知”的访问违规错误。
