Best/easiest/safest way to do a full backup and restore to a Motorola G Pure (without using internet/google cloud)?

I got the following phone:

Moto G Pure | 2021 | 2-Day battery | Unlocked | Made for US by Motorola | 3/32GB | 13MP Camera | Deep Indigo

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09BTB5MKT/

It has an Android 11 installed. It comes with an internal storage of 32GB (not a SD card).

How can I make a full backup of the phone content, that would include data including apps and the apps data (all configuration inside apps, etc)? Without syncing it to google account or using internet. Basically similar to how iTunes does a full backup and restore for an iPhone or Kies for Samsung phones.

I spoke with Motorola support and they told me they used to have a program like that called Moto Blur which was discontinued so it's unlikely to support my phone.

Is it possible to make a copy/image of the phone hard drive somehow or is there a third party software that can achieve the same thing as the full backup/restore functionality as the other brands software? Any recommendations or suggestions?

Thank you.
