天眼查App显示，近日，金华零跑佛吉亚汽车零部件有限公司成立，法定代表人为曹力，注册资本4500万人民币，经营范围含汽车零部件及配件制造、汽车零配件零售、技术服务、货物进出口等。股权全景穿透图显示，该公司由佛吉亚（中国）投资有限公司、零跑汽车旗下金华零跑新能源汽车零部件技术有限公司共同持股。
据报道，今年2月，零跑科技创始人、董事长朱江明和佛吉亚中国区总裁马川签署合资协议，双方将共同在金华开发区建设新能源汽车配套产业生产基地，2025年预计产能达到年产35万台汽车座椅等配套设施。
