有没有打鼾/鼻炎的朋友，交流一下

说说我自己的症状，睡觉会打鼾（这个是别人告诉我的，我自己并不知道），然后会感觉鼻子有点堵塞，经常会感觉口腔上方（或者说鼻子和口腔的联通处）有什么东西。
看过医生，说可能是鼻炎，给我开了雷诺考特 布地奈德鼻喷雾剂，使用约 2 周，感觉没有什么效果，堵塞感甚至更明显了。
个人不是胖子，有健身习惯，睡眠应该还算 ok ，饮食也挺注意的，会注意均衡的问题，之前也是没有这种症状，应该是近几个月出现的（或者很早就出现了我没注意）
医药自然是打算再去看的，也想问问站里有没有类似症状的朋友，这是啥情况，最后怎么看好的
