Hello there,

I'm working on an Android app that lets you easily track the time and temperature of your cold showers and ice baths.

It allows you to visualize your progress over time and unlock achievements when you reach new time and temperature limits.

It has a “badass score” that makes it easy to compare your progress with others and a Voice Coach that keeps you motivated and makes you feel less alone in the cold.

I’d appreciate any feedback on the app. More specifically, I would like to know how intuitive the user interface is, and what UI changes would make it a better app.

Finally I've got a chance bringing my habit to consistency. I measure it based on how I feel but I bet every day the tempreture differs significantly so I cannot gradually enhence the experience without placing my body under a huge stress.

Yes, when I first started taking cold showers I was using the Wim Hof app, but I got frustrated that there was no straightforward way to add the temperature and that all my achievements would get reset after changing the training mode. So I decided to make my own app.

Yes, currently you need to enter the temperature manually, but at some point, I would like to add the support for a Bluetooth thermometer.
