法官驳回 Binance.US 及其法律团队对 SEC 在诉讼中发布误导性陈述的指控
据 The Block 报道，Binance.US 及其法律团队在 6 月 21 日向美国哥伦比亚特区地方法院提交的动议中声称，SEC 就“客户资产的处理”发布了误导性声明。Binance.US 及其法律团队强调，SEC 没有证据表明该交易所随意混合客户资产或转移资产。
对此，哥伦比亚特区地方法院法官 Amy Berman Jackson 于周一驳回了这一动议。另外，Berman Jackson 敦促市场监管机构和 Binance.US 就如何维护客户资产安全同时允许公司继续“正常业务流程”达成协议。
