现在这个情况，是否考虑考编制？

本人 22 年毕业一年经验程序员，最近了解了一下同学的发展情况：

  • 1/3 上岸
  • 部分正在准备

看到别人上岸编制，说实话有点眼馋，毕业时眼高手低，想着最起码能找到个 1w 的工作，被狠狠摩擦。

先说本人情况：

  • 当前工作 955 轻松 不加班 到手 6k
  • 毕竟年轻，还是想去一线发展，进大厂的（自知希望渺茫）
  • 由于做的工作单位工作比较轻松（需求完成比较快，剩余时间摸鱼），差不多干半天，摸半天，时间很充足。
  • 前段时间发了个帖子，询问是否可以跳槽，大部分都是今年先苟住，不跳。
  • 所以想试试？ 在职准备？
  • 如果考的话，需要准备多长时间呢，现在就开始准备吗。

唉，还是个人菜。无缘大厂。求大家给点意见吧 感谢。
