Is there any option to Quantity wise short close?
Like i had given 12 months service quantity to vendor he had claim 3 months invoice & further 6 month he will also work (invoice work both pending) can we short close only balance 3 month remaining Quantity ?
Set up the service with quantity 12 unit Month and then the price per month
You would then do a Service entry for quantity 3 (month) then do a Service entry for quantity 6 (month). The price for both Service entry will be the gross price added X the quantity.
However if the Vendor requires a different price for each payment the ensure the 'Price Change' checkbox is selected in the Service line. By selecting this 'Price Change' you can change the price at Service Entry then the remainder will be recalculated.
