天眼查App显示，近日，南昌阿波罗智能科技有限公司成立，法定代表人为尹颖，注册资本4000万人民币，经营范围含互联网信息服务、人工智能基础软件开发、人工智能应用软件开发、汽车零部件研发等。股东信息显示，该公司由阿波罗智能科技（北京）有限公司全资持股。

公开资料显示，百度于2013年开始布局自动驾驶，2017年3月成立IDG（智能驾驶事业群组），而后推出自动驾驶开放平台Apollo（阿波罗）。
