抽奖？曝苹果A17存在双版本：要用台积电两种3nm工艺
快科技6月21日消息，据媒体报道，台积电的每片晶圆销售价格从10nm工艺节点开始呈指数级增长，其中3nm晶圆价格一片高达20000美元。
因此，今年只有苹果公司使用了台积电3nm工艺，首发采用台积电3nm工艺的是苹果A17仿生芯片，这颗芯片由iPhone 15 Pro首发。
据悉，台积电3nm工艺包含很多个节点，比如N3B、N3E、N3P、N3X和N3S等等。
其中N3B工艺具有45nm的CGP，与N5相比缩小了0.88倍，这领先于Intel 4的50nm CGP、三星4LPP的54nm CGP和台积电N5的51nm CGP。
对比N5，N3B同等功耗性能提升10-15%、同等性能功耗降低25-30%，逻辑密度提升70%，SRAM密度提升20%，模拟密度提升10%。
不过N3B的短板在于成本高、良率低，因此台积电还开发了N3E节点，后者良率高，成本相对要低一些，但是N3E的逻辑密度不如N3B，这意味着N3E的性能略低于N3B。
最重要的是，苹果A17芯片将会使用上述两种3nm工艺，前期A17基于台积电N3B工艺制造，后期会切换到良率更高、成本更低的N3E。
