User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:95.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/95.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. In a window with multiple tabs open, enter some text into the address bar of an open tab. Do not press enter.
  2. Separate the active tab from the others.

Actual results:

The contents of the address bar reset to the prior contents of the open tab, such as the URL of the current page, losing the uncommitted contents. Additionally, the URL bar becomes no longer active/selected.

Expected results:

The uncommitted text should remain in the URL bar, like it remains when a window is maximized or minimized with uncommitted text. The URL bar should also remain active/selected, like it remains in that scenario.
