Background
The European Girls' Olympiad in Informatics (EGOI) is a girls' programming competition inspired by the success of the European Girls' Mathematical Olympiad (EGMO).
The format of the competition is similar to competitions such as the International Computer Olympiad and the Central European Computer Olympiad. Several countries around the world are also invited to participate in EGOI, including Brazil, Canada, Egypt, India, Israel, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, and Peru.
In the first edition of the EGOI, which took place in 2021, all four members of the Brazilian team won medals: one gold, one silver, and two bronze. In EGOI2022, Brazil won a silver medal.
EGOI2023 will be held in Lund, Sweden, from July 15th to July 21st, 2023.

Costs
The main goal of this fundraiser is to help us pay the Guest Country registration fee for the event, which is 37500 SEK (~3200 EUR) per delegation. We rounded up to 3560 EUR to cover fees and taxes from GoGetFunding and PayPal.
Any exceeding money raised will be used towards flight tickets for the team.
We need your support
We are constantly looking for sponsorship from companies and public funding agencies. With the competition date approaching, we are also asking for help from other sources to make the Brazilian team's participation in EGOI2023 possible.
