It is the fastest growing identity group in an increasingly hostile market where 85% of all identities get breached. Slauth.io is the IAM Policy Copilot for MI generating, rightsizing and centralizing IAM policies in order to prevent vulnerabilities appearing in production. Slauth scans your repository and instantly creates secure IAM policies which will remove the 3-7 hours of work each week.

Job Description The CTO is responsible for productizing the Slauth vision of simplifying and securing IAM in the cloud. A user-centric obsession is required as we want you to join user-calls and care about the problems they have. The position requires internal leadership decision making and external communication representing the face of the company. As a CTO, the role expands beyond departmental skills into supporting, enabling and leading the collective team.

• Managing and contributing to the execution of the product’s MVP production
• Drawing up the project’s tech stack
• Co-creating the product strategy
• Managing and expanding the engineering team
• Support leadership cross-functionally as part of the founding team Qualifications

⭐️ We’d love to talk to you if

• you have At least 3 years of engineering leadership experience as well as relevant hands-on experience
• Have experience creating and managing IAM policies, whether through manual processes or third-party solutions
• Experience in an early stage startup that deployed a product/service in market
• Experience balancing engineering and business objectives in order to validate PMF
