近日，南京瓴羊智能科技有限公司发生工商变更，注册资本由200万人民币增至1000万人民币，增幅400%。该公司成立于2023年3月，法定代表人为ZHEN RIXIN，经营范围含计算机软硬件及外围设备制造、数据处理和存储支持服务、大数据服务等。股权全景穿透图显示，该公司由杭州瓴羊智能服务有限公司全资持股，后者为阿里巴巴（中国）有限公司旗下公司。
据悉，去年7月，阿里巴巴宣布成立专注企业数智服务的瓴羊智能服务公司，瓴羊承担将阿里巴巴集团在消费等领域沉淀的数字化能力转化为智能产品及服务的重任。
