英国加密货币、稳定币法案获议会上院批准
据 CoinDesk 报道，周一，英国议会上议院投票通过《金融服务和市场法案》（FSMB），意味着该法案在成为法律之前将进入最后阶段。据悉，该法案于去年 7 月提出，旨在利用英国脱欧自由的优势，赋予监管机构对英国金融体系更多的权力。最初的法案包括一项根据该国支付规则监管稳定币的建议，而随着法案在议会的进展，后来又增加了将所有加密货币视为受监管活动的修正案和监督加密货币促销的措施。
接下来，FSMB 将被送回议会下院，以商定最终版本。一旦两院同意该文件，它将被送交国王批准并通过成为法律。
