常听人评论说某段影评、书评过度解读了——「作者都不一定知道要这么理解」；也常听人调侃咖啡师描述咖啡风味花香、果香、酸甜、醇厚，全凭一张嘴。
是的，咖啡当中大部分的糖类成份并不像蔗糖那样可以用舌头轻易感知，而是更适合用嗅觉来捕捉，或者，当一杯咖啡的苦和酸恰到好处，我们才会从奇妙的味道相互增益当中产生尝到甜的感觉。总之，花香、果味，都稍纵即逝，仿佛只是一念感受。不过，就像是读一本小说被感动到泪流，也不必去问作者这个段落到底应不应该哭。与其纠结感受的客观来源，我还是更在意：这些感受是真实的吗？我是说，类似冰天雪地里听到振奋人心的消息一下子全身火热的那种真实——是否真的感受到了？
