巴比特讯，据 CoinDesk 6 月 17 日报道，Binance、Binance.US 和美国 SEC 宣布一项协议，以确保只有 Binance.US 员工才能访问客户资金。拟议协议仍需要监督此案的联邦法官签署。
根据拟议协议，Binance.US 将采取措施确保任何 Binance Holdings（指全球交易所）官员都无法访问其各种钱包的私钥、硬件钱包或对 Binance.US 的 Amazon Web Services 工具的根访问权限。此外，这家总部位于美国的加密货币交易平台将在未来几周内分享有关其业务支出的详细信息，包括预估成本。
