碳链价值APP讯，巴黎检察官办公室证实，币安正因「非法」提供数字资产服务和「严重洗钱行为」而受到地方当局的调查。法国检察官对币安的指控，一方面涉及作为数字资产服务提供商运营的「非法行为」，另一方面涉及「通过与投资、隐瞒、转换业务竞争而加剧的洗钱行为，后者是由犯罪行为者实施的，并产生了利润」。
据 Le Monde 早些时候报道，币安涉嫌在 2022 年之前通过其在法国的分支机构在法律框架之外游说法国客户。巴黎检察官办公室表示：「在搜索过程中收集到的文件和电脑资料现在必须成为深入研究的对象。」（CoinDesk）
