小白求助，本地服务器跑博客问题

腾讯云的服务器马上要到期了（跑博客，Typecho ），续费挺贵的，前几天刷到一篇文章，是使用 J1900 工控机做小服务器来跑项目的，所以萌生了小黄鱼买个服务器的想法。
然后去了解了搭建服务器简要的步骤，还有几点没有搞清楚，所以请教一下大家。
租房，没有公网 ip ，需要使用内网穿透---内网穿透的话是不是还需要一台云服务器，那这样的话还是需要买服务器，那就没必要自己折腾了。

总结一下大家的建议，本来我是不知道宽带不允许提供 web 服务的，所以还是老老实实用云吧，感谢大家的建议。
