滴滴升级网约车司机保障 推出“橙意保障计划”

站长之家（ChinaZ.com）6月16日 消息:滴滴官方宣布，推出“橙意保障计划”，落实新业态劳动者权益保障。
滴滴表示，2023年以来，每个月服务时长超过30小时的所有司机月均抽成为13%，其中，5成以上的司机月均抽成低于15%，9成以上低于20%。
滴滴称，将持续推出拼车免佣、节假日免佣、新手司机免佣等系列奖励活动，让利给司机，从而鼓励司机接拼车，环保高效出行;鼓励司机在节假日出车，缓解打车难。通过新司机收入保障、淡季收入保障，以及多种促销拉动单量，来帮助司机稳定收入。
此外，为了让司机师傅们的付出有公平回报，避免损失，2022年，滴滴为平台上接单的司机支付4.4亿元补偿，包括空驶补偿和超时等待补偿3.1亿元，及乘客未支付的车费1.3亿元。
