处罚事由显示，该公司经营区域摆放巧克力味蛋白棒的货架上张贴的产品广告图片含有“低脂低糖”用语。根据相关标准，声称低脂肪的预包装食品的脂肪含量应≤3g/100g（固体）。当事人构成对所销售的食品发布虚假广告的行为。
