I'm Nim, one of the seven people behind Dynamo. Over the past two years, we've spoken with hundreds of social community managers and team leaders, and we've gained two main insights:

Social Community Managers perform hundreds of repetitive tasks every week. There's such a thing as too much coffee.

Well, after recovering from the coffee poisoning, we "atomized" the daily routine of social community managers and broke it down into a comprehensive list of routine tasks. Then, we developed our platform with dozens (many dozens) of automations specifically designed for these daily tasks.

Result: Social Community Managers who use Dynamo are freed from repetitive, technical, and boring tasks in their daily routines. Boom.

For me, it feels that while other industries have evolved, optimized, and maximized, the social media vertical stayed behind.

Repetitive manual work, overthinking each post, crossing fingers for increased reach, and making sure that trolls are out of the posts' thread are only a few things that should be vanished from the day-to-day work of social media managers.
