Your head unit isn't compatible with any of our current mods. Our current packages support MCU version 4.1 and lower. Just really want to make sure everything is all good before I do this mod.
Attached are photos of my 2 info screens, but I have also added photos of info from DevCheck Device and System Info app.
Dunno if that helps but I thought I’d add them.
It does say it is rooted, but if I run rootcheck, it says it’s not installed correctly? Weird.

Your head unit isn't compatible with any of our current mods. Our current packages support MCU version 4.1 and lower. We are currently working on a new Android 8 package that'll support newer version of MCU's. Stay tuned.

I think it's running Android 8 with a A7 Quadcore @ 1.5ghz
I'm not quite sure if the 4gb ram and 32gb rom is correct and I doubt it

Hi all! I’m a new user here. I’ve had my head unit for a little bit now, but have been really curious about rooting etc.
I’ve done heaps of research but am honestly a bit nervous about it all.

Which app did you use to see the details?
Edited: My bad, I thought you meant system info in the settings, found the app though. Thanks!

Actually it’s not too bad to be honest.
It’s does have its moments, but nothing too bad. Probably could be better.
Sometimes it can be a bit slow loading things, or the fact it has some problem with certain MP3’s and won’t play them. Still trying to figure out why that is.
Overall, not too bad.
I purchased this to replace my oem head unit, so I could use Waze and be a bit more up to date with things lol.
Think I'm in the same boat as chook_look, I have a model that claims to be YT9216CJ but the info shows:

Got it, mine's the same I think, but wanted it to be smoother. Waze takes at least 3 mins to open in mine.

Please help me out. I updated my Vertical Screen Head Unit. Below is the image which I took before updating. I had the issue of Volumen with this version. After Volume digit 5 only volume digit increasing but the sound remained the same means till digit 5 sound increased but after digit 5 no increase in sound. All other things were working well even the CanBus.
I was looking for my volume issue and someone said that after updating the firmware it will work fine so I updated the firmware to 7.3.8 from this http://file.xygala.com/?dir=uploads...16CJ/安卓10.0/竖屏/外文/1024x768(lvds)/XYAUTO_7.3.8
But after updating still the volume issue is same but now CanBus is not working. I have tried multiple things even the chines version but it shows disconnected every time as you can see in another image. Unfortunately i don't have the backup of my old firmware. Please help me out. I am worried about my head unit.

i know you guys dont work with vertical units but is because you guys dont have any to mess around with or something else?

@ExtremeMOD Is there any way to get their firmware? I myself a developer If I get the vertical screen firmware code. Might I able to play with that.

I have an AC8227L YT9216 android car radio.

I tried to revive my post via spflashtool
I tried with several software YT9216 1G and 2G but without success the only thing that works is that the appearance of the android logo which lights up and goes out
for information the scatter and preloader are downloaded from the xda site but the progress of the download works well
