Support is great. Feedback is even better.

"Thanks for checking out our launch! I would love to get your thoughts on what's discouraging you from entering your symptoms and using this tool in the first place.

If you're a cancer patient and find yourself using it I'd love to get your thoughts on how we can improve sharing with your care team."

Hi All,

I'm Abdullah, Founder & CEO of Enna Health. We launched Enna Health on the App & Google Play Store a few months ago and have been introducing new updates and improvements ever since.

I'm a cancer survivor and volunteer, and I've lost a very close family member to cancer recently. What inspired me to build Enna was during my chemo treatments, I struggled with managing my side effects at home to the point where I was hospitalized multiple times throughout my treatment.

After a few cycles, I decided to track my symptoms on a spreadsheet and realized how being proactive about my side effects was a game changer. It opened the door to so many things, such as: - Putting together a much more detailed plan with my care team for managing my symptoms - Learning how to address symptoms before having them worsen or even start - Focus my efforts on discovering what triggers each symptom (e.g. dairy gave me stomach pain, neulasta gave me joint pain, etc.)

As a volunteer I advised and helped so many cancer patients to track and manage their symptoms, but the process of using a spreadsheet took such a mental load and it was to burdensome. Going through cancer and treatments is incredibly draining, so we focused on minimizing the friction as much as possible while maximizing how much information you can gather in under 60 seconds.

Eventually we were able to help patients track so much more detail in less time & effort, such as: - Symptom & Severity - Bowel Movement (Color & Consistency) - Medication - Mental Health - Appetite - Water Intake - Notes

To even capture half of the above, the average cancer patient has to spend ~20 minutes a day, resulting in them giving up after only a few weeks. Our goal was to help patients track their symptoms from day 1 of chemo to day 300.

This is a project that is near and dear to my heart. I would love for you all to give it a try, and recommend it to patients you feel would benefit from it. Just as valuable would also be your feedback on how we could improve of course so feel free to reach out :)

Cheers, Abdullah

Hi Abdullah,

The product looks great, and there are surely many people out there who could benefit from your help. I appreciate what you are doing! How are you planning on reaching potential customers? Will you be partnering with medical professionals? I hope you have a great launch!

It's incredible how a simple tracking tool can empower patients to proactively manage their side effects. Sending my gratitude and best wishes for the continued success of Enna Health. Keep making a positive impact!
