昆仑万维：控股子公司拟发行股份收购 Singularity AI 全部股权
据财联社 6 月 14 日报道，昆仑万维公告，公司控股子公司拟发行股份收购 Singularity AI Technology Limited（简称“Singularity AI”）全部股权。经交易双方协商，本次交易中 SingularityAI 全部股权整体作价 16,000 万美元，本次交易后 SingularityAI 的股东或其指定关联方将获得 StarGroup25% 股权。
Singularity AI 致力于实现通用人工智能，目前聚焦于自然语言大型预训练模型及开发者 API 的研发工作，主要产品及服务包括通用开发者 API、聊天机器人和知识抽取。
