机构：因生成式 AI 需求攀升，预计台积电 CoWoS 月产能 2024 年底将达 2 万片
据金十援引台湾工商时报报道，台积电主要客户受惠生成式 AI 需求攀升，研究机构预料下半年至 2024 年大举扩充 CoWoS 产能，月产能将翻倍。摩根士丹利证券半导体产业分析师詹家鸿指出，根据大摩所做产业调查，台积电已将 CoWoS 产能从每月 1 万片扩产为每月 1.2 万片，英伟达的需求约占此产能的 40%-50%。凯基投顾进一步预测，台积电 CoWoS 月产能 2024 年中达 1.6 万片，至 2024 年底将达 2 万片，主要扩充时程集中在 2024 年。
