Watch the UploadVR Showcase on June 14th at 11 am Pacific!

We're putting the finishing touches on the UploadVR Summer Showcase 2023 to broadcast at 11 am Pacific on June 14th here and on IGN!

It's been an enormous undertaking and just a tad overwhelming to put this show together parallel to Meta Quest 3 and Vision Pro announcements. We cast our net wide for this event so even lone developers with their first ever VR apps could have a chance of being included. The 2023 edition of the UploadVR Summer Showcase is clocking in at well over an hour long, with most developers providing videos just 1 minute in length. Yes, that means we have a lot of trailers coming!

We're so thankful to our returning developers who've supported us across multiple events. The resulting presentation ranges from world premiere trailers from some of the VR's biggest studios to new ideas fresh into the world from a single developer's mind. We'll have appearances by our sponsors including nDreams, Grimlord, Owlchemy, Caveman Studio, GoRapid Studio, and Schell Games, along with participant videos from developers like Mighty Coconut, ARVORE, Fast Travel Games and so many more. We even have the world-exclusive premiere trailer for an upcoming team shooter with a cool interchangeable weapon system on the way from one of the creators behind Poker VR.

We had so many submissions that we couldn't include everything in the main broadcast, so we're also planning to host a live show immediately after the pre-edited Showcase to go over some of big announcements in depth as well as show some additional videos and reveals we couldn't fit into the main event.

We've left it up to our partners how they want to tease their inclusion or brief other news outlets on their announcements after their premiere in our event. We'll be retweeting a lot of their confirmations and announcements from the @UploadVR account on Twitter, and check back here Wednesday for the livestream embed link as well as our homepage for a steady stream of news recapping all the reveals.
