关于win下面Celery服务报 Process 'Worker' exited with 'exitcode 1' [duplicate]
使用Celery服务运行异步任务或者定时任务的时候，服务虽然起了，但是会报错：
Celery Process 'Worker' exited with 'exitcode 1' [duplicate]
导致任务并未运行。
经过搜索可以定位到问题所在，是因为celery依赖库billiard版本过低，导致任务发生了阻塞，所以最好的解决方案就是升级billiard
执行 pip install --upgrade billiard
官方的解释是，billiard最好>=3.5，所以如果不放心的话，还是指定版本号安装比较好
