在争议中“拥抱”ChatGPT，神奈川县政府率先在行政工作中使用ChatGPT
据第一财经报道，日媒曾报道，日本神奈川县政府率先在行政工作中开始使用ChatGPT，由此成为日本首个使用ChatGPT的政府部门。在此前开始的试运行中，横须贺市政府约4000名公务员尝试使用 ChatGPT进行“会议记录”、“政策制定”等公务，以验证 ChatGPT在行政工作方面的能力。横须贺市长上地克明(Katsuaki Kamiji)称：“将ChatGPT全面引进地方政府进行公务，在日本还是首例……在文职工作中引入人工智能(AI)相当重要，可以有效降低劳动成本，如今我们终于拥有了这款出色的工具。”
