某外企, 没有 kpi 考核, 绩效好不好全凭直属领导决策, 活儿也是直属领导安排, 不打卡, 整体上非常宽松. 每周还可以在家办公一天.
因此就出现了组里唯一的女同事活儿很少(领导安排的少), 每周至少两天不在公司(为什么有两天以上, 毕竟不打卡,领导也不管). 组里最年轻的 96 后同事每天来的最晚, 经常看不到人, 在家办公经常不回复.
兢兢业业干活的就只有上有老下有小的中年男人.
虽然之前裁员过一波, 其实相比工作量, 人员还是非常充足, 而且还在招人.
