北京市副市长于英杰：支持在京人工智能领域企业和高等院校主动融入全球人工智能创新网络
据金十报道，6 月 9 日上午，2023 北京智源大会在北京海淀举行。北京市政府党组成员、副市长于英杰表示，下一步北京市将全面引领推动科技成果创新，持续支持北京智源研究院等新型研发机构创新体制机制，开展目标导向的有组织科研、前瞻布局、人工智能基础理论、大模型算法等前沿研究，探索人工智能发展的新路径。将通过国际合作共同应对全球性挑战，支持在京人工智能领域的企业和高等院校主动融入全球人工智能创新网络，针对伴随通用人工智能发展带来安全治理等诸多全球性挑战，积极参与跨国界、跨领域、跨学科的国际合作研究，推动提出中国方案作出北京贡献。
