help with discovering job opportunities. track the pipeline. propose draft cover letters and work histories tailored for each opportunity. post to employer/job board/ATS correctly automate filling out and correcting horrible employer job forms make sure my email doesn't bury actual human responses from employers craft personal thank you notes when a human interacts with me submit government paperwork to show job search effort/progress (needed for unemployment insurance or vocational programs in some places)
