@timcha you know it!! At the moment the matching is based on time slots you choose and the goals you create on your profile.
In the future we're going create even smarter matching e.g. you will be able to choose preferences such as 'region', 'industry', and 'level'.
And also go even narrower e.g. what do you want to get out of each meeting.
But we're only at 2000 members so can't do that just yet!
